Rebecca WatsonRebecca began her career as a commercial lawyer in London and moved into management consulting before setting up her own business specializing in leadership and team coaching.

She has been coaching leaders since 2004 and is the founder of Brompton Associates. www.bromptonassociates.com
Having practiced yoga and meditation for years, she has also founded Clear Mind, a yoga & coaching retreat business. www.clearmindyogaretreats.com

She brings her strong commercial awareness, compassion and humour to her role. Comfortable working at all levels including Board Level, Rebecca has guided many leaders to make the changes required in them first, that then allow them to gain high performance from those they lead.

She is passionate about helping to create thriving, exciting workplaces where collaboration brings amazing results.

Her clients include leaders at HSBC, Barclays, Santander, The RAF, SAB Miller, HMRC, Swedish Institute of National Public Health, MX Oil PLC and House of Commons.

Qualifications:

Along with her Bachelor’s degree and qualifications to become a lawyer, Rebecca is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master. She has a specialist diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching and is committed to ongoing study of Transactional Analysis.

She is the author of ‘Creating High Performing Teams’ and ‘Conscious Leadership And The Power Of Energetic Fields’. She is co-author of ‘Global Public Health Leaders of Tomorrow – What is at Stake?

Rebecca is also a Visiting Professor for London Metropolitan University and a regular speaker for events involving Leadership, Culture, Conscious Business and Wellbeing at Work.
